The nexus of environmental protection, climate adaptation and economic development has become central to national growth strategies, and our expert team specialises in supporting government agencies, private philanthropic organisations, and United Nations stakeholders in aligning their programmes to maximise the opportunities available in this emerging sector.

Economic Development

The team works with Government Ministries and Agencies, United Nations actors, and public-private partnerships to develop national policies and strategies, and targeted interventions to catalyse economic growth and stimulate job creation in key sectors.

Youth Policy

Our team have worked with government agencies, United Nations Agencies and NGOs to conduct detailed situational analyses to inform youth policy and strategy development at a local and national level, and support targeted interventions to improve the provision of youth services on the ground.

Education and Skills

Aligning investment in education, skills training and TVET with the needs of the labour market is a continuous challenge, but an essential one to surmount in order to deliver decent livelihoods, and meaningful and sustainable growth. We deliver rapid labour market assessments and skills needs and gaps analysis to align strategies and curricula to both current and future labour market needs.

Migration and Resettlement

Irregular migration, displacement, and the need for host countries to adapt their refugee response and relief efforts poses a stark challenge to governments and NGOs across the globe, and our team of specialists help design, refine, and evaluate programmes related to forced displacement, resettlement, and durable solutions.

Social Protection

Striking a balance between protection and prevention is key to improving quality of life for vulnerable communities in challenging environments. We work with NGOs across the MENA region to tackle these challenges through a participatory process.

State-Society Trust

Trust fuels legitimacy. When citizens have faith in the state, they view its actions as fair and legitimate, leading to greater cooperation and compliance with laws and policies. This public buy-in fosters stability and reduces friction in a society. Through our targeted communications campaigns, we have worked with government ministries and agencies to raise awareness, shape opinion, and build trust.

Monitoring and Evaluation

We work with NGOs, CBOs, and other community organisations which share our passion for delivering positive change, supporting them in developing, implementing, and evaluating their interventions, focused on measuring tangible impact and providing recommendations which are implementable and contextually-grounded.
