Nabil Najjar, FRSA, MCIPR is a British-Jordanian development practitioner brings over a decade of experience in consulting on complex humanitarian, social, and economic policies and programmes, working with governments, UN agencies, and NGOs in Europe and the MENA region.

Nabil specialises in green growth and economic development, youth policy, and development of national policy and strategy, focusing on supporting policy-makers and implementing agencies in driving economic growth, livelihood generation and targeted skills development, as part of a coordinated response to opportunities presented by the green growth agenda. In 2024, he published his Distinction-graded postgraduate thesis entitled ‘Applying a Theoretical Lens to the Government of Jordan’s Efforts to Transition to a Green Economy’.


Nabil has worked with clients in the UK, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, the Occupied Palestinian Territories and Egypt. Recent clients include ILO, IOM, UNICEF, UNFPA, the Family Care Authority of Abu Dhabi, the Palestinian Ministry of National Economy, the Jordanian Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation, DRC, the Palestinian Ministry of National Economy, DAI, the Palestine Investment Fund, Drosos, and the Ashoka Foundation.


He is proficient in spoken Arabic, as well as fluent in English. He holds an honours degree in History and Politics from the University of London and a Masters in Public Administration (MPA) in International Development at the University of York.
