Aude is a sociologist, and an expert in social change management, observing realities and trends and translating them in a way that allows stakeholders to make informed, evidence-based decisions. Fluent in French and English, Aude believes in the importance of knowledge sharing, the complementarity of experiences, and respect for each individual's uniqueness as the foundation of the team. As a human being, I value the synergy of skills to work together towards building a fairer world, with sustainable development as its cornerstone.
Her experience as a development consultant combines long-term fieldwork in West Africa with high-level advisory roles for international organizations. Over more than a decade, she has carried out studies, risk and needs analyses, and developed data collection tools for UN agencies, NGOs, international cooperation bodies and private firms, particularly in the areas of social change, water and the environment, and migration. She also brings robust experience in information management, coordinating databases, drafting analytical reports and leading monitoring and evaluation processes as a Senior Manager within the International Organization for Migration in Côte d’Ivoire and France.
Her expertise sits at the intersection of sociology, sustainable development and project management, grounded in a PhD in Social Change and complemented by a professional master’s in health and social action. She has managed SDG-related academic chairs on commons, energy transition and urban transition, giving her a strong strategic perspective on sustainable development policies. Volunteer engagements with NGOs and Engineers Without Borders in Burkina Faso and Côte d’Ivoire further reinforce her practical understanding of local dynamics, community needs and partnership work, which she integrates into evidence-based, context-sensitive advisory services
