Nabil Najjar

Managing Director

Nabil Najjar, FRSA, MCIPR, is an international development and communications specialist, with over a decade of experience in delivering complex social development projects for governments, UN agencies, NGOs, and the private sector in Europe and the MENA region.


Nabil has delivered projects for clients in the UK, Jordan, Palestine, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Egypt. Recent clients include the Family Care Authority of Abu Dhabi, the Palestinian Ministry of National Economy, the UN International Labour Organisation, UN IOM, UNICEF, DAI, the Palestine Investment Fund, and the Ashoka Foundation.


He has extensive experience in delivering expert consultancy projects for the development, charity and NGO sectors, in the UK, West Asia, and North Africa. His work centres on participatory approaches to project design, implementation and evaluation, as well as a blended approach to research and analysis projects, which combines extensive and immersive research with meaningful public and stakeholder engagement which truly reflects the lived experience of participants and beneficiaries.


He is proficient in spoken Arabic, as well as fluent in English. He holds an honours degree in History and Politics from the University of London and is currently working towards a Masters in Public Administration (MPA) in International Development at the University of York. He also holds a series of professional courses and certifications in Strategic Communication (Purdue University, 2017), Global Business (Georgetown University, 2017) and Behavioural Economics (University of Toronto, 2017).


In 2022, he was accepted as a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, a learned society founded in 1754, and a global community of changemakers, innovators, and specialists committed to delivering solutions for lasting change. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations.


Nabil is an elected County Councillor in Wiltshire, UK and currently the County’s Portfolio Holder for Arts, Heritage, and Tourism.
