The Challenge

  • Two high-profile Palestinian Government projects sought professional support for developing and rolling out comprehensive communication and public engagement strategies.
     

  • The Palestinian Investment Fund and Massader sought our expert advice for the development of a multi-platform comms plan for the new Gaza Marine gas refinery project, .
     

  • The Ministry of National Economy, the World Bank, and DAI-IPSD, commissioned Delta Strategies to develop and implement the comms strategy for the new Palestinian Companies Law. 

The Outcome

By working with local partners, understanding the local media landscape, meaningful stakeholder engagement with government, private sector, media and civil society, and the use of opinion polling, we were able to develop comprehensive, innovative, and implementable communication strategies which cover all elements of effective public relations.

Both strategies, which cover local and international media management, digital and social media, stakeholder engagement, public events, internal communications, and more, have now been delivered and are being implemented.
