Delta Strategies collects information for and on behalf of our clients, in order to fulfil our contractual work obligations, and we collect data from our events, marketing exercises, subscriptions, and social media work.

We collect very little personal information, namely only names, job titles, organisations, and email addresses.

Our website can be used without identifying yourself or revealing any personal information, but if you choose to provide us with information through surveys or contact forms, then it will only be used in accordance with this privacy policy.

 

3. Purpose of data collection

We process personal information for the purposes described in this privacy policy in order to carry out work for and on behalf of Delta Strategies and our clients, and do so in an open and transparent manner.

 

4. Data storage

If you have subscribed to receive relevant news or registered for an event, your information will be stored electronically. We will use this information to occasionally share relevant information with you.

This will be stored on our database unless you request for your details to be removed, by emailing office@deltastrategies.co.uk.

We do not transfer or distribute your personal information to any third party unless they are employed by Delta Strategies to carry out a business functions on our behalf, and only in cases we have your permission to do so, or in cases where the law requires us to do so.

Where we transfer data to a third party, we ensure that there are adequate security and privacy provisions in place.

We use third parties in the provision of our services and the management our internal IT systems.

We check on a quarterly basis to ensure that the information we hold for marketing purposes is relevant and up to date and therefore justifies inclusion.

Where we have a contractual relationship with you or your organisation/company, or we hold financial information, we are required by law to retain this information for seven years.
